Pls my friend needs advice on this

She met a guy a month ago and the guy loves her and she also love him the guy does and provide anything she wants even taking steps to see her parent but she has a house but for weeks now she sleeps at his side and do go to her house by day time now the guy has refused her going to her own house to sleep saying he is ready to marry her anytime and her fear is she might loose the man if she goes back to sleeping in her house and she said the guy is good and caring to the core but he wants her to be staying in his house before going to see her people. Your advice pls and point
